コンクリート製品強度向上に関する研究

　コンクリート製品の強度向上と表面荒れの改善を目的に、品質工学手法を利用した実駿を行った。曲げ強度試験により評価を行い、最適なコンクリート製品の配合条件を抽出した。この実験は当センターでの品質工学研究会においてキョクトウ高宮工場㈱、秩父小野田㈱との共同研究として行った。

　　This paper describes the experiments to improve toughness and surface roughness of concrete products using method of Quality Engineering. We tried to optimize concrete manufacturing condition from result of bend test. This study was carried out in cooperation with Kyokutou Takamiya Co., Ltd and Titibu Onoda Co., Ltd in the meeting of Quality Engineering Study held by Hiroshima Municipal Industrial Technology Center.
