救急車内の臥位人体頭部の振動特性に関する実験的研究（水枕が頭部に及ぼす影響）

　患者が救急車により医療機関へ緊急輸送される際、水枕が臥位状態の患者頭部振動特性に及ぼす影響について検討した。患者頭部が受ける振動について救急車が突起乗り越しをする場合の過渡応答特性と一般道路を走行する場合の周波数応答特性を測定し、水枕が臥位人体頭部に及ぼす影響を定量的に示した。

　In case of carrying a patient into a hospital by an ambulance, the influence of water pillow on vibration characteristics of a Lying patient's head was examined. The influence of water pillow on head vibration was evaluated quantitatively by measuring both transient response and frequency response.
